JR Automation to Debut Ground-Breaking Robotic Sortation System at Automate 2019

Introducing the RFSS Robotic Sortation System

Demonstrating advanced robotic solutions for a broad range of industries, the JR Automation exhibit features a brand-new, patent pending system: the RFSS Robotic Sortation System. This ground-breaking sorting system automatically consolidates and sorts multi SKU mixed orders in a drastically reduced footprint to conventional sort systems. RFSS is ideal for a variety of distribution markets including e-commerce, intralogistics, consumer goods, pharmaceutical and more.

Rotary Indexer Platform

In addition to the RFSS, JR Automation will be showcasing the Rotary Indexer Platform, a flexible system designed to maximize productivity and increase throughput. This machine meets Class 10,000/ISO 7 design standards and include a healthcare-industry-grade stainless steel guard system ideal for sterile environments. The Rotary Indexer Platform integrates FANUC SR3iA and SR6iA robots.

Successfully Deploying Industrial Robots in Warehouses, Distribution and Fulfillment Centers

Automate Attendees are also invited to attend Craig Ulrich’s presentation on Successfully Deploying Industrial Robots in Warehouses, Distribution, and Fulfillment Centers. Mr. Ulrich, who is JR Automation’s Vice President of Intralogistics Automation, will present an introduction to robotics and automation for the warehousing/intralogistics industry. This presentation takes place on Tuesday, April 9, from 3:30-4:30pm.
